At the end of 2009 Methods Unlimited was approached by International Telecommunication Union (a United Nations agency) to develop an online platform that would support the needs of Connect a School, Connect a Community, a public-private partnership launched by ITU to promote broadband Internet connectivity for schools in developing countries around the world.

The platform provides flexible and intuitive tools to enable contributing editors to structure and post extensive toolkit modules and training materials in a wide variety of formats such as flash video, powerpoint, word, excel, etc. It supports translation of content into the six official languages of the UN and correctly displays appropriate character sets, and right to left layout where necessary. It also dynamically renders the content and its translated versions in pdf format and makes it available for download.

In addition, the platform furnishes a comprehensive set of administrative tools to facilitate broad site and user administration.
